Today is National Coffee Day, and to honor that, we were looking for something unique and interesting to share with you. We came across this video about Intelligentsia of Venice, California. They have locations in Chicago, L.A., Pasadena, and even a ‘lab’ in Manhattan in SoHo. Their goal is simple:
